How do you get out of a rut?
A “rut” is “a habit or pattern of behaviour that has become dull and unproductive but is hard to change”. (Oxford Languages).
Start small. Materialise the plan for your adjustments (e.g. make a planning sheet). Maintain regularity and discipline on these small adjustments until you are comfortable. Always be conscious and bring yourself back whenever you find yourself losing discipline. Make further adjustments.
